M&S Central
M&S Central is a fan-made site and the official community site where you can check updated leaderboards for every event in the Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games Series, aswell as community events, world record history, news, stats, links and much more.
Leaderboards
M&S Central hosts leaderboards for all 10 Mario & Sonic games:
- Beijing Wii
- Bejing DS
- Vancouver Wii
- Vancouver DS
- London Wii
- London 3DS
- Sochi
- Rio Wii U
- Rio 3DS
- Tokyo
Leaderboard updates & leaderboard mods
As of right now, only the ranked events are hosted here (ranked events are events that have or used to have leaderboards in-game). Which will be most likely changed in the future. Leaderboards will be updated whenever a Leaderboard mod updates a time or score. Updated scores will be live on the site within 5 minutes. Requests for mistakes or for a forgotten score have to be done through discord. The ruleset of the the scores and times can vary per game and you can find these on the leaderboard information page.
Overall leaderboards
The Overall Leaderboards are appearing in 2 main categories:
- Main Leaderboards
- Regional Leaderboards.
The Main Leaderboards consist of 17 different categories:
- All Games
- Console Games
- Handhelds
- Wii Games
- Wii U Games
- DS Games
- 3DS Games
- Each of the individual games.
The Regional Leaderboards consist of 6 different categories:
- Europe
- North-America
- South-America
- Asia
- Africa
- Oceania
You can sort every region on showing all countries of that region or specific countries. Every leaderboard can be devided on Points or WRs (World Records).
The calculation for the points goes as follow:
- 1st place = 15pts
- 2nd place = 12pts
- 3rd place = 10pts
- 4th place = 8pts
- 5th place = 6pts
- 6th place = 5pts
- 7th place = 4pts
- 8th place = 3pts
- 9th place = 2pts
- 10th place = 1pt
The amount of points you have decide what rank you are:
- 500pts – Master
- 475pts – Legendary I
- 450pts – Legendary II
- 425pts – Legendary III
- 400pts – Mythic I
- 375pts – Mythic II
- 350pts – Mythic III
- 325pts – Ruby I
- 300pts – Ruby II
- 275pts – Ruby III
- 250pts – Platinum I
- 225pts – Platinum II
- 200pts – Platinum II
- 175pts – Diamond I
- 150pts – Diamond II
- 125pts – Diamond III
- 100pts – Gold I
- 80pts – Gold II
- 60pts – Gold III
- 40pts – Silver I
- 30pts – Silver II
- 20pts – Silver III
- 10pts – Bronze I
- 5pts – Bronze II
- 1pt – Bronze III
Profiles & Badges
On the profile page, you can search for players by MSID or by player name and this will give you stats and information about the player and will show-off the badges the player has earned throughout their M&S career.
When making A M&S Central account the player can link their account to their MSID which provides them a lot more stats and features. This includes:
- Being able to add or change their name
- Adding a description
- Adding social media links
- Adding their 3DS and Switch friend code
- The option to add your favorite game
- An overview page with stats and recent records/tournament results
- A list of their badges
- A WR history overview
- A list of their top 10s
- A tournament history overview
- The option to add video links to their records
Events
You can check the latest information about live events, upcoming events and even check the results of past events on the events page. You will also be able to see tournament stats and other stuff.

On the links page you can browse to links and resources for every kind of categorie including:

Resources can be links to sheets, videos, guides, sites, tools and other stuff.

Hall of Fame
The hall of fame is a page which shows a small group of players who achieved outstanding things in the game such as breaking the most WRs in a year, becoming the overall leaderboard king or becoming the World Champion. You will also find categories for other insane accomplishments.
